Returns
To make a return, please write to us at: contacto@ysiempremona.es providing your order number and contact details, or use the return form below.
The period for any return or exchange is 14 calendar days from the arrival of the package until we receive it. This means (you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package for the return to reach our facilities). You can manage it through our email: contacto@ysiempremona.es. We will explain how to do it there!
We do not exchange sizes; for that, you must place a new order.
How to return a product?
1. Request a return
Contact us using the returns form below or via email: contacto@ysiempremona.es, and we will send you a form to download the Correos label. Once you have the label, you must stick it on your package and drop it off at your nearest Correos office.
The cost of the Correos drop-off service is €5.50, which will be deducted from the total refund. This price is only available for mainland Spain.
Canary Islands: €12
Balearic Islands: €12
Ceuta and Melilla: €11
OUTLET:
We currently do not offer cash refunds for items from the Outlet section. Instead, we provide a voucher valid for 1 year to be redeemed in our store.
ACCESSORIES:
Accessories cannot be exchanged or returned.
INTERNATIONAL: You will be responsible for managing the shipment and any associated costs. To do so, please contact us via email at contacto@ysiempremona.es, and we will tell you where to send it.
How do I return an order from outside the EU?
To return an order placed outside the EU, it is essential to contact contacto@ysiempremona.es for instructions.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for returns NOT managed through Y Siempre Mona SL, nor for any customs costs incurred. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the country of origin.

2. Packaging of garments:
Prepare the package with the garments to be returned in the same box where you received it or in another format. Orders sent in a bag include another bag inside for returns. To request a refund, it is important that the garments are unused, perfectly tagged, and intact.
3. Package receipt and refund
Once the package arrives at Y Siempre Mona and we verify that all garments are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund.
The refund may take up to 10 business days to be received in your account from the moment you receive the refund email.
