SHIPPING

The delivery time for orders placed Monday to Friday in Spain before 12 pm will be 4-5 business days once you receive order confirmation. If orders are placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or public holidays, delivery will be delayed by one additional day.

Express shipping (24-48 hours): 

If you choose Express service, the cost will be €7.50 and it will arrive within 24-48 hours, provided the purchase is made before 1:00 p.m. on the previous day. 

On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, there will be no dispatch or delivery of orders.

Standard Shipping (4 - 5 days)

Free shipping for purchases over €120 in mainland Spain.

For purchases under €120, shipping costs are €5.50 for mainland Spain. Portugal €7

Canary Islands €12

Balearic Islands €11

Ceuta and Melilla €11

You can check the status of your order at any time by contacting our customer service department via email at contacto@ysiempremona.es 

Once the delivery period has passed, if your purchase has not arrived, please check your email as you may have received an email informing you of the status of your order. If you have not received any email, please contact Customer Service and we will provide a response as soon as possible.

If you have received an item with a defect or it is not the item you purchased, we will proceed with a refund for these items and shipping costs as soon as we receive and verify the condition of the garments.

 

RETURNS

The period for any return or exchange is 14 calendar days  from the arrival of the package until we receive it, which means (you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package for said return to reach our facilities) You can manage it through our email:  contacto@ysiempremona.es  We will explain how to do it there!

How to return the product?

1. Request a return

Contact us by email:  contacto@ysiempremona.es   and we will send you a form to download the Correos label. Once you have the label, you must stick it on your package and drop it off at your nearest Correos office.

The cost of the delivery service to the Correos point is €5.50 which will be deducted from the total refund.  This price is only available for mainland Spain.

International: You must take care of the shipping management and associated costs. To do this, please contact us via our email  contacto@ysiempremona.es  and we will tell you where to send it.

Our customer service hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. And Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

2. Packaging of garments:

Prepare the package with the garments to be returned in the same box where you received it or in another format. Orders sent in a bag include another bag inside for returns. To request a refund, it is important that the garments are unworn, perfectly labeled, and intact.

 

3. Receipt of package and refund

Once the package arrives at Y Siempre Mona and we verify that all garments are in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund. 

The refund may take up to 10 business days to be reflected in your account from the moment you receive the refund email.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE

We do not offer size exchanges. For this, you must return the item and place a new order.

 

WHAT DO WE CONSIDER ACCEPTABLE FOR A REFUND OR RETURN OF A Y SIEMPRE MONA GARMENT?

  • Garments must not have been used or washed
  • Garments must not be stained or damaged
  • All garments must be correctly labeled
  • They must be returned in the original package sent, to prevent damage to the garments due to poor packaging.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION:

You have 24 hours to cancel your order.

If the order cancellation arrives before the merchandise is dispatched, the customer will incur no cost. In the case of a cancellation after the order has been dispatched, the customer will be charged €5.50.

If the order cancellation is due to lack of availability, the consumer will immediately recover the amount paid.

PAYMENT    

You can choose from several payment methods:

  • DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD: in this case, charges will be made in real-time.
  • BANK TRANSFER: If you choose this payment option, you have 48 hours to make the deposit or transfer the amount of your order. You must then send us the proof of payment to  contacto@ysiempremona.es  for our records. After 48 hours, if we have not received any news, we will understand that the payment process was not completed and therefore the order will be automatically canceled.
