To find your size, measure three areas of your body: chest, waist, and hip.
- Chest: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your chest, usually at nipple level.
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso (approximately 4 cm above your belly button). Make sure not to pull the tape too tight.
- Hip: Measure around the widest part of your hips for this measurement.
